  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.99 within the contiguous United States.

  • Calculated Shipping: For orders under $99.99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.


 

Order Processing

 

  • Processing Time: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM CT will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.


 

Delivery Information

 

  • Carriers: We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for our shipments. We reserve the right to choose the carrier that offers the most efficient and reliable service for your specific order.

  • Delivery Time: Our standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

  • Signature Required: For high-value items like metal detectors, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely and securely.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


 

Damaged or Lost Packages
